SPARC was a “brainchild” of Family First Community Development Corporation. FFCDC believes that communities can be improved with better education and financial behavior. When life improves, spirits are lifted and people become motivated. Our financial empowerment & financial recovery workshops were created to not just motivate but to educate individuals on healthy mindsets and attitudes for creating long term wealth. Participants in the workshop will be able to put the lessons learned into action immediately. The business and success fundamentals taught can be channeled into many areas of life and business. Finally the desire for wealth can be actually funneled into money-making investment opportunities. Our program will help individuals realize their value and potential.
SPARC is an educational platform that is a collaborative effort from the local government, area businesses, churches, and schools to provide a “top notch” financial education to surrounding communities. We believe that people of all ages should understand how money and the economy works. The best lives are shaped by the best learning. SPARC is like an “open campus”. Different courses will take place at a multitude of times at various locations within our communities. The courses will be taught by subject matter experts from the different disciplines. The SPARC system offers over 50 different learning modules. A person can learn everything from “Balancing a Checkbook” and “How Credit Works” to “FOREX Investing” or “Planning for Retirement”.
